Here’s a yummy way of starting out the day with some good nutrition. Dylan loves them. I do put syrup on his. Matt likes them with the Coconut Peanut Butter we order from Hawaii. I like them with the peanut butter, but when Im trying to be a little more paleo I just use a little honey. Some people like them just plain.
Ingredients: Banana & 1-2 eggs (depending on the size of your banana)
Mush the banana and then blend in your eggs. Make in a pan just like you would a pancake or an omelet. I use coconut oil (see the picture). Sometimes I use butter. Just depends on my mood. Serve with syrup, my yummy peanut butter, honey or even just sprinkle some cinnamon or cinnamon sugar depending on your mood. Enjoy!
